Craft Market

The market will be held in the pedestrian zone of S. Christina. There you can look over the shoulders of the artists from Gröden and buy traditional products.

Gröden is primarily known for the fantastic art of woodcarving, which has played an important role here for centuries. In addition to classic and original sculptures, however, many other things are available at the craft market, including paintings, decorative items, belts and wallets made of leather and much more.

A wide range of products

Obviously, there will also be musical entertainment and typical delicacies at the craft market. Among the products for sale are for instance: honey, natural vinegar and apple juice, grappa and distillates, South Tyrolean bacon, fresh cheese, organic wine, fruit and vegetables as well as jams, juices and medicinal herbs.

The handicrafts market in Gröden definitely offers the opportunity to spend a cosy summer evening and to learn a thing or two about the art and tradition of the Dolomite valley.
