During this event series, yoga units with different focuses and yoga styles await you at the Kristallalm on Klausberg in the Ahrntal valley. Whether you are a beginner or yoga expert, professional yoga teachers will take you into the world of asanas, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation.
