Rosengarten Schlern Skymarathon

Je kunt de precieze data, tijden en programma's rechtstreeks bij de organisator opvragen.On Saturday 13th July 2024, there will be the Rosengarten Schlern Skymarathon in the heart of the Dolomites. This mountain marathon in South Tyrol impresses majorly with the height difference that has to be mastered by the participants, as well as with the magnificent mountain scenery.
The mountain marathon starts in St. Zyprian, a hamlet of Tiers am Rosengarten. After about 45 km on alpine terrain, the racers reach the finish line in the village centre of Tiers. The runners must master 3,000 m of height uphill. The track goes around Rosengarten massif, over several passes to Mt. Schlern and back to Tiers via Tschafon.
The highest point of this mountain run is located at Grasleiten Pass, at more than 2,600 m. The shorter variant (about 36 km) is the same until Grasleiten Pass. Arrived there, the participants go back to Tiers am Rosengarten via Tschamin Valley and Weißlahnbad.
