Throughout the old town, visitors can taste excellent gastronomic products from different Italian regions.
The circuit stations are located in the streets and shops along the Silbergasse, at the fruit market, in the Laubengasse and on the town hall square. Italia&Amore has selected more than 50 small producers, offering their products to gourmets and interested persons. Visitors can for instance taste mozzarella, cheese, capers, meat, bread, fish and wine. Also, the South Tyrolean farmer’s wives will offer their delicacies. The independent association of winegrowers in South Tyrol will offer selected wines.
On the town hall square, different dishes are produced of the presented products and served with suitable drinks. Musical entertainment is offered too. The products you like the most area also available for sale on site.
