Welcome to House Number 9 in Marling!

Our house is situated in a central, but quiet location in Marling, with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. Together with the amazing environs, our flats, newly built in 2021, form a small holiday oasis. The charm of the mountains, the unique landscape and the vicinity of the famous spa town of Meran ensure variety.

Host Stefan, himself a great wine connoisseur, takes you into the world of wine on request and offers tastings with typical South Tyrolean wines in his wine cellar.

The names of the two flats in the House Number 9 also reflect the love of wine: Pinot Grigio and Lagrein are two of the most famous wines of the region. The stylishly designed flats comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 guests. Both flats consist of a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. In winter, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth – in summer, the terrace and the garden invite you to relax in the sun.

The equipment of the holiday flats includes dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, safe, bed linen, towels and tea towels; microwave on request.

From House Number 9 you can reach a bus stop in a few minutes on foot, so that you can visit many excursion destinations without a car. For hiking enthusiasts, mountain climbers and cycling fans, Marling and its surroundings offer countless possibilities, while skiers can enjoy the slopes of Meran 2000. The nearby town of Meran with its thermal baths, historic old town and pretty shops is also worth a visit.
