Ansitz Mair im Korn is idyllically situated in the middle of the farm's own orchards and vineyards, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Algund. Our farm, whose roots go back to the 13th century, is perfect for a relaxing and varied holiday in the environs of Meran with its 3 comfortable apartments and large sunbathing lawn. There is so much to discover around the Mair am Korn residence, from the Algunder Waalweg path to the Meran high-altitude trail, from traditional farm taverns to mountain huts, from the gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle to the Meran thermal baths.

Our 3 apartments of different sizes are cosy and tastefully furnished. They all offer a large eat-in kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette, extendable sofa bed, seating area and satellite TV as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. Two apartments each have a bedroom and a balcony, while the third flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces. All apartments are equipped with WLAN, bed linen and towels. A sunbathing lawn and a table tennis table are available to our guests, and a bread service is available on request.

Bike tours between blossoming apple orchards in spring, panoramic hikes in the Texel Group Nature Park in summer, enjoyable Törggelen tradition in autumn or a stroll through the atmospheric Christmas market in Meran in winter – in the immediate vicinity of our farm, wonderful experiences await active travellers at any time of year. Among valley and mountain, walks and summit tours, the village of Algund and the city of Meran, there is a great variety of natural and cultural highlights and culinary delights.
