Our family-run Hotel Edelweiss is located in a sunny and quiet position in the holiday paradise Meransen in South Tyrol. Because of its location in the skiing and hiking area Gitschberg Jochtal and nearby the Pustertal Valley, the hotel is the ideal accommodation for your winter or summer holidays in South Tyrol.
Hotel Edelweiss offers inviting and modern rooms and suites. The wellness area provides a whirlpool with winter garden, relaxation rooms and a big sauna area with 5 different saunas and steam baths. Pleasant massages and beauty treatments guarantee pure relaxation. We pamper our guests with Italian, international and South Tyrolean delicacies every day, which we refine with alpine herbs and high-quality products from the region.
Meransen is a perfect starting point for unforgettable hikes and mountain bike tours. With the free Almencard you can use the 3 funicular railways of the area, participate in the exciting activity programme and much more. Hotel Edelweiss offers guided hikes, rucksacks and walking sticks to lend and a hiker’s library. Many winter-sports activities await you in the family-friendly skiing area Gitschberg Jochtal in winter.
We have refurbished our hotel and we offer these and many other news: Our spa area will additionally have an indoor and outdoor pool, relax areas in the garden as well as an outdoor hot whirlpool. The new panoramic and romantic suites and rooms guarantee an atmospheric ambiance. Kids will particularly look forward to the playroom, whose floors are connected through a slide.
