Hospitality and sustainability are combined here. Rooms are offered with half board, and it's worth enjoying both the rich breakfast and the 4- to 5-course dinner menu, thus providing high-quality culinary delights. The bee theme runs throughout the hotel. The furnishings, colors, dishes, and services (massages, etc.) are all tailored to the senior's passion: beekeeping. We also took advantage of the train station right next to the hotel and made the most of the Rittencard, which was also included in the price. We felt very comfortable.

Simply wow - we had a fantastic time at the Hotel Rinner and it was a thoroughly enjoyable vacation. The Rinner family truly embraces hospitality - they put their heart and soul into their work and love their cuisine. The healthy and plentiful breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and the service truly pays attention to the little details (the children's milk was served lukewarm). The dinner is magnificent - every course is a feast for the palate, and above all, they use healthy, fresh, and regional products. As a family, even our little ones had their wishes fulfilled (a great garden with a trampoline, swing, sandbox, and various vehicles). THANK YOU again to the Rinner family and team & chapeau

A fantastic family-run hotel – everything is perfect, especially the excellent cuisine (be sure to book half board!) with a four-course evening menu and a spectacular breakfast buffet. The service and warmth are also something truly special. The location is a great starting point for hikes, etc., and definitely much nicer than staying in Bolzano itself, not to mention the pleasant climate here at 1,200 meters above sea level. Absolutely recommended and truly fantastic! Also very suitable for families.

We spontaneously booked four days at the Hotel Rinner after our wedding. It was a perfect stay. You can feel the service-oriented approach and the family-oriented "hand in hand" in every respect ️ The location is fantastic, surrounded by large trees, right next to the narrow-gauge railway. The cleanliness and quality of the food were fantastic. Thank you for the beautiful surprise wedding cake and other magical touches. The fantastic children's playground and playroom were great for the kids... We are all very impressed!

A beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. Excellent cuisine, varied and organic, very kind staff, owners present and attentive to the guest. Behind there is the train stop that allows you to move easily and quickly without ever having to use the car. With the train and cable car you can reach Bolzano. In short, no stress and great walks in the middle of the woods. In the fresh air...

I'm absolutely thrilled with the Rinner family, who run the hotel – they're incredibly warm and attentive. I'm vegan, and they took that into account right from day one. At dinner, I always got a special dish that was not only lovingly prepared but also tasted absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was also lavish – with three milk alternatives, which I really appreciated. The hotel is in a great location – right next to the train station, so you can easily take the train to the surrounding villages. The Freudenpromenade is also just around the corner, perfect for relaxing strolls. Overall, a very family-friendly, cozy hotel in a great location – I felt completely at home and can highly recommend it.

What more can I say? My second home. We always enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel. It's run by a family and their excellent and friendly team, all of whom are very welcoming and always in a good mood. It's very child-friendly. It's lovely to see all the children playing together – the older children too, but also the adults. The food is excellent. Every evening there's a four-course menu. There's something for everyone. If you don't want something, you can get alternatives. The wonderful barbecue evenings with their wide selection are also fantastic. From aperitifs and starters to dessert, your heart will beat faster. The rooms are excellent and very clean every day. They're also beautifully furnished, and there's plenty of space in the bathroom. On nice, warm days, you can sunbathe on the roof and enjoy the sauna and whirlpool. The view is also magnificent. We simply feel at home there and would vacation at this hotel every year.

This was our second visit and we're absolutely thrilled. A fantastic hotel with wonderful, friendly service. Every wish is fulfilled. The breakfast is excellent, but the dinner tops it off. The location is simply fantastic, with its own stop for the tram, and the cable car connection makes it quick and stress-free to Bolzano. If we ever vacation in the Bolzano area again, we'll definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

The kindness of the family and the staff. Very good food. Spacious rooms with beautyful balcony with flowers. Location of the hotel, next to the small train. Big parkingspace.
