The house is located in the middle of the orchards and at the same time there are restaurants and pizzerias just a few minutes' walk away. Our guests particularly appreciate the familiar atmosphere and the beautiful view of the mountain landscape of the Stelvio National Park.

The apartments all have a balcony or terrace and a well-equipped kitchenette. Bread roll service or breakfast can be booked. We also offer rooms with breakfast. Three times a week our guests can take part in guided hikes free of charge. There are great opportunities for climbing and archery in the surrounding area. In winter, the nearby Martelltal Valley offers beautiful routes for ski tours and snowshoe hikes, and a trip to Meran, 25 kilometres away, is worthwhile at any time of year. Our guests receive the VinschgauCard with integrated South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge, giving them free travel on regional public transport throughout South Tyrol and other benefits.
